It is our moral duty and civic responsibility as educators to ensure that all our children are prepared with the skills and abilities they will need to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.

Traci is an experienced analyst, skilled at leading teams through understanding qualitative and quantitative data and building consensus  for improvement initiatives. She facilitates data workshops and leads the collection of qualitative data to develop improvement plans and assess the implementation and impact of initiatives.  She is a trainer for the Surveys of Enacted Curriculum, an on-line mapping tool, and a certified affiliate trainer for the Classroom Assessment Scoring System (CLASS). A former high school teacher, Traci has expertise in culturally responsive educational practices for Native American learners. She served for several years as the assistant director of the center for Native American Studies at Northern Michigan. She is a candidate for Virginia state licensure in Administration and Supervision PreK-12.
